Items blocked...now fba only?

Have I missed something? Does anyone know why my range of puzzles would have been blocked and now FBA only?

Were they blocked during the holiday period, when the FBM selling of toys was heavily restricted? Or is this a recent change?
Are new listings blocked, or just your existing ones? If the latter, the advice seems to be that changing the availability date on your listing to today will reset the block and allow toy to list again…
