Safe-T Claim Support is not understanding the situation.

-Customer purchased two kits for $117.99 each.

-Customer initiated a return for two kits and was refunded on first scan for two kits.

-Customer only sent back one kit.

Photos of the single kit that was sent back were submitted with the Safe-T claim with a request to be reimbursed for the missing kit and for a restocking fee be deducted on the item that was returned because the factory seal was broken.

Restocking fee of $23.59 was credited.

We are still out $117.99 for the kit that the customer kept and was falsely refunded for.

We have appealed 3 times with Safe-T and continue to get denied.

We have messaged customer to request the item be returned back or they can contact Amazon support and get rebilled. No response.

Request for escalation to supervisor ignored.

Safe-T Claims team is now ignoring all messages from us.
