Seller Central - Order page issue
We’re receiving order notifications by email but our Order page in Seller Central is not being updated so we can’t confirm dispatch or complete the orders received.
Anyone else having problems?

Interestingly if you cutnpaste the order reference from the email into Orders, that too comes up as an error. Very helpful.

same here getting email to tell us we sold an item but not in pending or order dispatch and not on our system we checked the customer number from email and error message shows

Bought shipping for two orders at around 5pm and they have now been collected by RM but they are still not showing as dispatched??

It’s a site wide issue started at around 4pm. I messaged seller support got a message saying they couldn’t help as “NO ORDER ID”… I messaged back saying it’s site wide and they’re “looking into it”… very annoying as time / money being spent and nothing to process…

My account stopped at 5.10pm. 30 orders via email so far no updates on Amazon’s order page. 22 orders showing not delivered although they have been manifested via the Royal Mail. No orders coming through on the Royal Mail either. Spoke to Amazon twice. They have confirmed I am not the only one who has the issue. I am just sitting and waiting.
