Account deactivation
I just don’t get this! I have a warning on my dashboard now that says ‘warning your account is at risk of deactivation’. When I look into this its because they say my cancellation rate is too high. It will be when one thick customercannot get it into his head that I do not post to NI yet he has ordered the same item 4 times of which I have cancelled giving the reason ‘undeliverable address’. This is another example of the unfairness Amazon gives towards us sellers. How do I get in touich with a real person to talk to! Yet again I’m wondering if it is really worth the hassle selling on Amazon especially when thier charges are far higher tha other platforms! I do not get a fraction of the hassle on eBay that I get from Amazon

You should probably exclude NI in your shipping template to prevent future orders. As for contacting Amazon there’s little point as you have cancelled those orders and so the metric is representative.

I’d also suggest switching the images around on your listings as your primary images I’m pretty certain will eventually lead to your listings being search suppressed.
You would also need to consider how a customer would order custom sizes on Amazon as well, which is mentioned in your listing.

It also has someone elses brand on the listing but the title suggests its the OPs brand so theres a mismatch.

Hello @HD_Stove_Glass_UK,
If your seller-fulfilled offers are at risk of deactivation, you may be eligible to take a quiz to avoid the deactivation. For eligible sellers, the option will appear in the banner at the top of your Account Health page, where you will be given an opportunity to take a five-question quiz regarding the CR policy.
Here is a link where you can find more information.
Kind regards
Nickolas

Would have to agree with little shop, you’re having a pop at amazon, fair enough you are frustrated yet it looks like I could still order to Northern Ireland, your images are still the wrong way round and you still refer to custom sizes in the product description.
It’s almost as if you don’t really want to sell on Amazon anyway.

Go to the cog at top right, then click shipping settings, then edit your settings for each template to take NI out

Yes individual selling plan so unfortunately you have no choice and can’t remove Northern Ireland. To do so you would need to upgrade your account to the professional plan which charges £30 a month (inc VAT)
