My account has been blocked
Hello guys,
Amazon reports that my account has been blocked because I have another linked account, it turns out I don’t have the account they say I have. I’ve already asked them to analyze my documents with the suspicious account but the information I receive is that I must provide proof. I don’t know what else to send, I’ve already sent all the documents and asked them to analyze it with the suspicious account, I don’t know what else to do.

You’ve previously said that you did have another account. Have they found another account that isn’t that one - so a third account? Have they given you the name of the account?

I had similar issues. My lower charged 500£ and sent mail with my bank statement, passport and proof address. Easy, but 500£. Bad rules on Amazon, only mistakes. Don’t worry, you not alone
