Delivery dispute
I’m being driven mad by customers claiming items not received and item damaged claims, when a customer clicks on their tracking number are they not privy to the same information sellers see.
One customer claimed packaging was badly damaged and the contents of the box had been tampered with and broken, yet Hermes picture shows the parcel intact being handed to the customer.
Another customer claims they live in a mid-terraced house with no outbuildings Hermes picture shows left in a metal container, on searching google maps house is a semi-detached house with several outbuildings and a metal box same colour as one in the picture.
Can I report these customers, does Amazon have a red flag policy like eBay do on customers that blatantly try and deceive sellers
