This is a negative feedback I just received. There is something wrong with the feedback but I just can’t wrap my head around it. Any guesses?

Didn’t like it, didn’t get it, arrived broken? Take your pick!
I would post a reply, saying that customer satisfaction is your main concern/ priority and ask them to contact you so that you can address their issue or any problem they might have.
I as a buyer, would appreciate a seller that responded like that, and it is the polite and professional thing to do. + it looks better on your seller profile page too.

Yes, thank you. I guess that would be the right thing to do. It’s just that I wish the customer had made a lot of fuss about it (whatever it is) so I could rectify the situation. But of course they didn’t make a fuss, just left negative feedback.
