Read onlyI use Amazon logistics, who provide a photo of the delivery. I am getting a lot of customers telling amazon that the parcel hasnt arrived.
Amazon then either tell me that i need to process a refund, or they give the customer a refund directly stating the customer hasnt recieved the item.
When I put in a claim it is denied because there is proof the item was delivered. the claim is automatically denied by the "bots", and when I appeal it is denied for the same reson by either a bot/human.
i have been keeping a log of these for a number of months to bring a small claims court claim
Does anyone know the address i should send the small claims court documentation too.
