How do I get my money from Amazon? Small Claims Court?
Amazon suspended my account for a few days in September because I wasn't buying my postage through them. I am now buying my postage from them and have been operational since 7 September. During the time I was down, Amazon had a few failed payments to me. I have been trying to get this money from them ever since with no luck. My cases are transferred without response apart from one time when I got a response that they couldn't look into my case because of an 'internal error'.
How do I get my money from them if I can't speak to anyone about it? My requests to speak to a manager or make an official complaint result in the support chat being terminated. Surely Amazon has internal time frames by which cases should be resolved? Or can they just keep a case pending indefinitely?
My only idea is to take them to the small claims court, has anyone had any success via this route?

They cannot force you to buy shipping from them - many sellers don't - so you would not have been suspended for that.
What did the suspension notification say?
You could try emailing the UK MD.

I dont buy from amazon and have not for years, so thats not the issue
I dare say if you look in settings>Account info. and settings?account info> business information. that you will find they still need info to activate the account properly
you can also look in. perfomanace>performance information. to see if there are notifications that indicate what the want
but until everything is verified properly you won't get payouts

The only way to sort these Deferred Transactions is to request a call from Amazon. Happened to us as wel.
Ask them to delay your DD+7 Programme until September 2025 and they should release your funds.
