No of course you wouldn’t.
Neither would I ,a customer has reported me to Amazon saying my face mask is not authentic .
I have supplied Amazon ,with all the information they requested .
My suppliers is here in the UK and own lots of different brands .
But apparently that is not enough ,and if another customer reports my products as not being authentic they will close my selling account .
I am total shocked that Amazon can treat anyone this way, I have been selling on her for over 12 years none of my customers have ever reported me .
My account is 100% perfect .

if your invoices clear you the violation will be removed from your account health and your selling account will not be closed if another customer makes such an accusation in the future(as long as you address that also) that is why it is very important to address these issues very quickly when they arise yes it hurts when someone makes such an accusation but it happens (how do you think we go on selling branded clothing) but you have to deal with them in a professional manner and try not to take them personally
