Item Delisted due to Inauthentic Complaint
Hi Guys,
I have just had a complaint that a product is inauthentic, despite having sold 29 units last week with no such complaints, my listing has been delisted. I have tried numerous times to upload my invoice stating my business/details, the supplier and their details, the product in questions details etc as this is what Amazon have requested. It just gets automatically rejected. Not only this but because they keep rejecting it my dashboard/account is showing that i’ve got an issue and i need to address it.
Can anyone please help!

Presume you are a new seller in which case it will be a standard check by amazon, not a complaint
Where is your invoice from? A UK wholesaler/manufacturer or China?

is the complaint in your account health (product authenticity complaints) yet did you appeal from there?

What type of complaint? Negative feedback? An official IP complaint? A message?
Did you get a performance notification email/message, can you post it here?

Yeah i know the owner personally so wasn’t an issue. Nothing seems to work in terms of getting it relisted. Any ideas on how i can create a removal order given my stock is in limbo. on my inventory tab it says they’re ‘reserved’

Go back to the beginning. What did Amazon ask you for, can you post on here the email/message from Amazon.
It’s getting a little mixed up now.

Sorry to sound cynical but If your ‘friend’ really does own a wholesaler who resells Yankee candles, they should know that it is prohibited for you to sell them on amazon. I am presuming you told them you were selling here and having problems in order to get them to amend the invoice at a late hour.
If I were you I would be having a word and return them for a refund
