VTR 69% daily emails
So my VTR has gone down to 69% and getting daily emails from amazon about this …i use RM48 untracked as sell small and light items and is perfect for what i need…i think i was told i can change and buy postage via amazon to my RM account that will stop this…anyone help

You can continue to use RM48 on c&d and ignore the emails however, if you want to stop them you’ll need to link your RM account to amazon and buy your CRL postage through amazon
Settings - account info - buy delivery preferences - manage your carrier accounts - add RM account number

just checked my vtr and it’s 0% ! I don’t send tracked items, only letter and LL with stamps. UNtil amazon sortout the printing options and give me 4 labels to an A4 sheet, I’ll carry on that way!

Daily? Actually daily? As far as I know, that’s not normal. Can you take a shot of your defect report?
Is it VTR for your regular MFN orders, or is it for SFP?
