IP Violation by other seller - advice please

Hi guys,
Sorry if this is in the wrong place, i dont really use the forums and it’s the first time this has happened to me.

So another seller has jumped on one of my listings for an item that is sold under my own brand, (listing is branded via brand entitlement)
The product(s) are 100% manufactured by myself in my own workshop, permanent branding is applied etc, the GTINs are registered with GS1 in my own name.
There is simply no way that any other seller could be offering my product in “new” condition, i don’t sell b2b.
Not only is he offering a counterfeit product under my brand, he is offering at half the price and winning buybox, if he makes sales he is in a position to destroy my hard-earned reputation and god only knows what junk he will ship to customers expecting my branded product!

The “report violation” form won’t let me progress without a registered trademark, i’m still waiting for this but have been selling under my brand for the the last 2.5 years.

How do i go about getting him removed from my listings??

TIA

in that case you’ll need to do a test purchase and report it as a counterfeit item that way

Update:
first submission of an infringement notice was declined by amazon for a nonsensical reason, i’ve submitted again but worded more clearly!

The new developmant though is that bescause this new seller has come in and undercut me with his counterfeit of my own branded item by 50%, amazon have now started to deactivate my offers due to “pricing error” saying that the price i set for my own product is too high because this joker is selling so low!!

WTF amazon?!?!

Am i going to have to go with legal action against the seller directly?
He cant just be granted a license by amazon to sell to my customers under my own brand with a product that cannot possibly be identical to the one in the listing??

(Test purchase has apparently been dispatched so waiting to see what junk arrives!)
