Opt-out of warehouse deals

Hi,

Does anyone know if there is a way to opt-out of Amazon Warehouse Deals? In the US marketplace there is an option to have unfulfillable merchandise returned to us so Amazon can never sell used/damaged/refurbished products.

We are selling sterilized acne patches, technically medical devices, and we’d like to avoid customers receiving opened or unsterilized product.

Thanks!

warehouse deal are items that Amazon already reimburse you for it. So you cannot have it back.

All sellers have the option to have their “Unfulfillable” items returned back by creating a removal order.

However, “Warehouse damaged” or missing items for which Amazon automatically reimbursed you in accordance with their policies cannot be returned even if you wanted and will remain in their possession and most likely resold under their numerous selling accounts, including “Amazon Warehouse Deals” and there is nothing you can do about this, regardless of the marketplace, as this has always been the case.
