I sold a computer listed with a black/blue case.. since this was my last of that case I updated my listing image after (I changed the case in the listing to an entirely different looking one)
Buyer received item with the correct black/blue case that they ordered... but I receive a nasty email saying they did not receive the correct style of case.. clearly they are seeing the new image and are feigning confusion.
These cases look entirely different and it is highly unlikely the buyer entirely forgot what they bought originally.
It is even more suspect that the buyer also states there is severe damage to the item and that none of the specifications are correct.. both entirely lies. Accusing me of putting in the wrong parts and reporting unrepairable damage.. I have NEVER sent the wrong part, in fact, they state not one, but TWO of the parts are wrong... further they state it does not match the "ports" described.. another lie.
I am fearful of this buyer, I hope that Amazon can see my record of this situation here.
I have told them to return for a full refund, but they are irrational clearly.. being unable to remember what they ordered.. then lying about the condition/specifications.
I tried numerous times to edit the listing back to the original image, but of course every time has failed (this is not uncommon with amazon image edits)
Not sure what else I can do, can Amazon at least see that I sent the original case (can they see the image at the time the order was placed?)
