Accidental purchases being returned

I sold a book on 15/06/2023 & now customer is returning based on accidental purchase, well I suppose after 20 days they have accidentally read it as well!

So when you say purchases, your sample size is one order?

And it’s fine to return for any reason on amazon within 30 days. There’s no issue here.
