Help with Hazmat product?

Hi, Hope you all doing well

I am planning to send hazmat product containing lithium battery, it is the first time I am dealing with such a product. I like to know what procedure I would take to handle such product including, shipping, listing and labelling the product. Also is there a difference in price sorting a hazmat product to a normal one.
