Mobile Devices Selling Requirements

Afternoon everyone,

Sorry if this has turned out to be a stupid question, however we have just registered for Amazon and we are a mobile recycling company who will be selling mobile devices on here. However I have not found any charter of some sort which explains all the terms and conditions our devices must meet to be sold.

If anyone can point us in the right direction we would be very greatful.
