Royal mail alternative for shipping from UK to EU & US
looking for an alternative to royal mail when shipping to EU and US, we generally sell low-cost items but charge £10 to £15 for tracked shipping. We were using the non tracked royal mail service but was kind of risky as many customers were saying they were not receiving the items. The service can be tracked or just delivery confirmation…and pls don’t suggest DPD as I used them and they were terrible for EU…thank you for your help in advance guys

I’m surprised you have issues with DPD - I presume you are using IOSS from Amazon for the orders?
