How can we accept the pending order?

You cannot. It will move to Unshipped in a few minutes and only then you can schedule it.

Thanks for your post.
As advised in the thread it isn't possible for you to confirm shipment on a pending order. You need to wait for it to move to unshipped status. This help page has information that you may find helpful: Pending Orders.

Pending orders are nothing but incomplete orders till the moment you view them. either something is missing from the buyer's side or paying bank's side eg. the payment confirmation or payment from the customers. so you are not allowed to do anything with pending orders. when the payment confirmation is acknowledged by the bank then you will be able to allowed to do schedule the shipping.
