Good AfternoonI am just looking for some community support.
We had our account suspended on the 31st January for violating a Section 3 Policy. Specifically shipping orders after we had marked them as shipped. We have been going back and forth with Amazon ever since. Supplying Plan of Actions and also supporting documents .
We keep getting the same copy and paste rejection but after speaking to agents on the phone the issue is apparently is validating the tracking. We have supplied an excel sheet with all of our orders and the tracking link with for the shipping partner.
However we are being told they can't validate the tracking.
Is anyone able to help?
