I’m facing a serious issue with lost inventory, and Amazon has been unresponsive for weeks.

Since February 19, Amazon has been giving me the same automated response that they are "working on my case." Since February 25, they have stopped replying altogether, despite multiple follow-ups.
Whenever I create a new case, they merge it with the old one without providing any update. This delay is causing huge financial losses for my business, and I have no idea what’s happening with my stock.
I kindly request the Amazon team to prioritize my case and provide an update immediately. Sellers should not have to wait indefinitely for their hard-earned inventory or rightful reimbursement.
