Recalled Product FBA - £2500 Refunds!

Hello!

Wondered if anyone has recently been affected by a product recall and could point me in the right direction?

A food item I sell (FBA) has recently had a product recall issued (certain expiry dates only) due to safety concerns of a certain batch.

Amazon have automatically issued refunds to all my previous sales of the product (this year), even though mine were not the affected batch / expiry dates. This has caused over £2500+ of refunds incorrectly to be issued.

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!!!
