Trademark / Brand Dissapeared from Brand Registry
I have a client whose Brand Registry includes 3 prominent nationwide brands. We registered them with Brand Registry using the trademark registrations back in 2018.
Somehow a few months ago one of the brands simply disappeared from our Brand Registry account. We have tried countess emails, including submitting copies of the USPTO records and the orignal Brand Registry enrollment process, but so far no avail. We are simply told to contact our Brand Adminstrator, who has been helping us all along to try and get this back.
Anyone else been in this spot? I feel as if the people responding simply do not understand the problem, or perhaps someone else has gotten this brand name into another account somehow and we need to correct that as we unquestionably own it and can prove that.
For anyone from Amazon, see Case History 11997550211, 12677664971, 12555978691 and 12289144831.

Sounds like you registered a Brand owned by someone else. Brands should be registered by the brand owner in the Brand owner's name. Could it be that Amazon is just not catching up qith the situation?

Hello @Seller_aCYAEVXptGDbU,
My name is Dougal from the Community Manager Team and I am happy to assist with your Brand Registry role issue on your account for your client's brand.
@Seller_CW0P5hgbsiqWX(thank you) is correct that this can be accomplished by the Brand owner. Please reference the Brand Registry roles help page. This page provides instructions on how the Brand Owner can provide you a role in Brand Registry themselves (no need to open another case).
Please let me know how it goes.
Best,
Dougal
