Can't change FBM to FBA or Add Another Condition
I used to be able to click the Edit or Action buttons and change to fullfilled by merchant or vice a versa but now even though the process is the same the products never change. I also tried adding a condition as a workaround but the new condition SKUs never appear either.
Seller support are incapable of understanding the issue, has anyone dealt with this before?

I had this problem before when a product had moved itself into an incorrect category and was missing required attributes for the new wrong category - had a nightmare with SS getting them to move it back.
Have you tried editing the listing to make sure there are no errors that might need fixing first.

For anyone who finds this in the future you can change between FBM and FBA using the Price & Quantity flat file saved as Tab Delimited.
for FBM you put “default” in the fulfillment-channel column or for FBA you put “amazon” in the same column. You also need the SKU and for FBM the quantity.
