We are unable to reinstate blocked ASINS after entering valid responsible person information on our compliance dashboard.

We get the following when using the inventory loader:

6039 Error You need to obtain approval to sell products in this restricted sub-category. The approval process may include document requests and performance checks related to the product

We are the manufacturer and brand owner of these products and have no limitations on them. We have been selling them for years. I have checked the catalog and the limitation drop-down box and we have no limitations applied.

Seller support is not helping. I have made dozens of calls and over 100 messages to support.

Has anyone else had this happen to them?
