Responsible Person Information provided: Listing still blocked.
A listing is blocked in the EU. Amazon is asking for responsible person information, which has already been entered. The responsible person' information is valid for this SKU.
I have been speaking with Amazon Seller Support for 10 weeks. They keep coming back with generic scripts and not reading what I have written in the messages. When I ring them they say they will escalate to an internal team and the loop continues.
So far I have tried editing the listing and uploading the flat file inventory loader, without success
I have also deleted the listing and re-added 24 hours later. It's still the same issue.
I am getting frustrated with the lack of assistance from Amazon support. Has anybody else faced this problem? Do you have any ideas on how I can resolve this?
