Lack of customer service & customer response

I have contacted amazon & the customer many many times regarding a refund & have had no response from either. The brushes sent were all checked & the box was reported as not damaged but strangely one of the brushes were broken. I have asked for5 a picture & the return of all the brushes but have been ignored time & time again. Amazon ranged the refund even though I questioned it??? Where is MY support??? Appalling service.

I would like my brushes back ASAP so please arrange for this to happen.

Thanks

As Russ has stated above…This is the public/seller forum and as far as we are aware not a single Seller Support employee visit this forum! Or if they do, they certainly do not offer advice or take part in any discussion.

This is the seller forum and not Amazon help, so no one here can actually arrange to get back your brushes, only give you guidance on the most appropriate way forward.

As your buyer has now been refunded, from your funds presumably, then you have three options.
1: Send the buyer a pre paid return label [as the goods were supposedly damaged the return costs are down to you] and hope that they do, in fact, use it to send back your goods.

2: Ask the buyer to call in to Amazon [phone] and give the order number and request a recharge of their card.
This is not likely to happen though, as they claim damaged goods, and have no incentive to ask for a recharge.

3: Send the buyer the return label enclosed in a signed for snail mail LBA which sets out your demand for return of, or payment for your goods by XXXX date. Failure to comply would mean you proceeding to a small claims action whereby the customer would incur substantial extra costs
Court fees, your admin fes of £150 [?] and the item cost

Go to “Help” in top right hand corner of the seller central home page > contact us > selling on Amazon > get help > customers and orders > next > Phone > Talk with an Amazon associate > enter phone number and request a call.
Quicker way of getting a response.

Having to send you a picture cannot be used as a condition of processing a return.

You are required to either accept or reject return requests without delays, ideally within no more than 48 hours, otherwise the buyer might be able to open an A-Z claim.

Since Amazon refunded your buyer, it sounds like you failed to process the return and respond to an A-Z claim properly.

You will need to review the Amazon policies to prevent this from happening again.
