Postage does not get added to eurpoean orders
Hi All,
I’ve uploaded my various products and have been selling nationally (UK) fine but several of my international orders that I’ve received have not had international postage added to them. I only have one shipping template (the default) which I’ve not changed at all.
I can’t figure out the cause of this as I’ve checked the foreign site and it has the postage listed but doesn’t seem to get added when you checkout?
Obviously this is a huge concern and if I can’t resolve it I will have to pull my stock from the European markets, so any help would be appreciated.

Are you talking about orders from Amazon UK shipping overseas or products you have listed internationally on Amazon.fr being shipped to France for example? If the latter then you need a shipping template on each overseas Amazon site specifying the shipping rate to that country. i.e. in your Amazon.fr shipping setting you need to set you shipping rate from the UK in the rates to deliver to French street addresses etc.
