My account suspended

I am a new seller on Amazon.co.uk. My account was successfully verified after I submitted my passport. But currently it has been suspended. I have sent my VAT invoice. Have my name and address match the information registered on Amazon. I do not know if this document is acceptable? = (Someone please advise me
