Account deactivated 30 seconds after opening account. $59 taken though

I recieved this message imediately after signing up and paying $59 (AUS)

Since getting this message, All cases I open are closed as “answered” without a word being said.
Also I don’t have a business so the license isn’t needed and i’ve only moved into a rented room where bills aren’t paid by me so I can’t provide the bill.

When I submit additional information or ask for steps to solve the issue, i get this same response back.

Please read below.

Mobile phone bill is counted.
Your rental agreement clearly showing that utilities are included might be accepted, depending on the wording/etc.

Can i ask, What type of products are you selling?
Is it stuff you have lying around your flat or are you buying to sell. - this could help us to give you advise on the above?

Have you also been through seller university and clearly understood what its like selling on amazon. It is a totally different world to other selling sites with many many pitfalls.
DO NOT trust you tube videos ever!

If you are a sole-trader then you DO have a business, and should be registered as such with both Amazon and HMRC

agree with others if you are a sole trader you MUST register yourself as a business in the UK, you will fall straight off after verification as Amazon will likely ask you for invoices for products from the brand owner. As well as your HMRC documents and also you will be deactivated for registering the wrong type of account.

if you are not a business then you will only be allowed to sell 2nd hand goods, of which you have not bought to sell for profit.

Also if you have a AUS account make you you are full up to speed on providing a return address here in the uk for goods you sell and also if you are selling on .co.uk amazon you will have to pay for all import / duty fees the customer may incur
