Featured Offer - what's that all about?

I have a couple of thousand ASINs, on all of which I am the only seller. With absolutely no violations of any kind, steady low volume sales, perfect metrics, nothing changing (nothing deleted or added), the widget showing my Featured Offer percentage bounces daily between 100% and the 70s%.

As far as I know the featured offer does rotate between sellers.

Ive also wondered this. I am also the ONLY seller on all my ASINs, and like you my Featured Offer bounces daily between 70% and 100%.

You would think as the only seller it should default at 100%, or am I missing something?
