Order refund button
Hi
Can anyone help with this please.
I cannot refund an order from my iPhone because there is no refund button showing and I can’t find it anywhere.
I’m away at an exhibition and don’t have access to a computer.
I’m sure there is a simple solution to this, but I can’t find it.

Several functions don’t work on some or all mobile devices, the refund and edit buttons among them.
You need to use a computer I’m afraid.
However, if a return has been raised, you can use the seller app to refund.

It’s likely an confliction with the coding of the browser you are using. Try installing different browser apps on your phone to see what works best. I use Chrome App when my iPhone Safari App does not work.

What are you using? The majority of my amazon business is run from a handset - refunding is no problem

On safari go onto amazon then hold the refresh button for a second or 2 it will ask if you would like the desk top version of the website click yes and you can use the website just as you would on a computer xx hope this is helpful

On IOS you can also scroll to the very bottom of the mobile page and select full Amazon site.
That gives you full functionality.
