Read onlyHi there,
I have just tried to create a removal order of stock to get sent back to me. However, it says you cannot create removal order of stock if the account is deactivated.
I have just been charged £1500 for storage fees today for the month, meaning essentially Amazon are charging me £1500 per month to hold my stock when they are the ones that wont let me have it...
The entire thing is a shambles but I literally do not know where to go from here.
Research tells me the only way to create a removal order and get stock sent back to me is if we can get the account reactivated. I have been actively trying to do this for over a month now. Have you dealt with this before/know what to do?
This is the most painful and frustrating thing ever. I have made 15 appeals and the account is still not reinstated.
PLEASE SOMEONE HELP. What happens when my account balance runs out and they are still charing me £1.5k a month in storage fees. Will it go to a debt collector? This is my only source of income completely stripped from me. We have had to fire 6 employees due to this.
Kind regards, Archie
A lot is going to depend on why you were deactivated and how good your most recent appeal was.
Hey there @Seller_hCGY1ZdSg1Swa,
Can you share the notification for your account deactivation?
