My account was deactivated and I cant create a removal order for products I had. I then contacted inventory appeals team, which I was advised to by seller support, and they said they cant accept my email since my account is deactivated.
I won't be able to re activate my account as I don't have an invoice.
The inventory I want back I have invoices for and were not related to the deactivation
I just want my units back, it is in total 3000 worth of stock. I sent this in on the day of the deactivation and did not realise. I even tried contacting ups to bring it back which they tried but Amazon blocked.
It is almost as if they don't want to help, and my account was deactivated randomly - I did not even have a customer authentic complaint.
What do I do here and how can I get my inventory back as all I have heard is false promises, lies and misinformation from seller support
