VAT exclusive price not available

I have checked my listings are saying “VAT exclusive price not available” whilst all other ASIN listings are VAT exclusive price available"?
Any idea what is going on? please help Thanks

Your looking from a business account and your not VAT registered.
Hence, no Vat exclusive price available.

If the listings are new, then they normally go on without the VAT exclusive price, and then they gradually get converted which can take up to 7-10 days, we see this all the time, there is nothing wrong with the settings, it is just the way that Amazon works. Occasionally it can happen in a day or two, but more often than not it does take 7-10 days.

It shows up as £12.91 excl. vat and £15.49 inc. vat when I searched for it.

i have opened case with amazon since Nov 2022 and today amazon replied his internal team solved the problem
