Can i delete my product post and reupload to fix my best sellers rank
Hi All,
newbie here, hope you can advise.
i recently created a listing for my first product, unfortunately as i received my first placement of a order one day after creating my listing i had a personal tradgedy occur in my life, as such i cancelled the order and put my items as being out of stock as i was not in a state to take any new orders or fufill the one i just received.
i think amazon have seen this and demolished my sales rank and since then i dont seem to be getting any orders. can you advise if its possible to delete my listing and reupload to gain a better starting sales rank and hopefully get eyes on my product from which i can build.

Don’t understand how you can have a “best sellers” rank if you only had one sale, which you then cancelled. The sales rank is for the product, not the seller
However, deleting and re-starting is unlikely to make any difference. Just put your stock back as “Active” if you haven’t already done so. Your current lack of sales may simply be a lower demand as Covid restrictions ease
Have you had any notification from Amazon to say that your account is suspended or at risk of suspension (as a result of your 100% order cancellation rate)? Check your “Performance notifications” for any messages you may have missed

Its more likely that your account is at risk of deactivation as your odr will be 100%
