Received suspicious 1 star rating without review and user name
My product was performing very well with a 4.9-star rating from 13 reviews (including 11 Vine reviews). However, it suddenly dropped to a 4.2 rating after receiving a suspicious 1-star rating with **no written review and no customer name**.
I’ve raised multiple support cases, but none have been resolved. Instead, I’ve been advised to use the "Report" button—but when a rating comes without a review or visible profile, there’s **no option to report** it. I'm hitting a brick wall and don’t know where else to turn.
Has anyone faced a similar issue? How can I escalate this or get meaningful help from Amazon to investigate and resolve this?

We ALL get bad ratings. You can do absolutely nothing about it. If it's organized by a competitor, the system will recognize it one day and remove the rating and suspend the seller. But that can take two years....
Don't create any cases, that just puts your account at risk.

I know this is not necessarily your main issues, but can we all agree that 1 star reviews should HAVE to have a written reason? If a customer hated a product SO much, they need to explain the issue, so that both the seller/manufacturer and other customers actually know what the issue is with the product (if there actually is one).

publicaciones.he tenido problemas similares y en mi caso hubo alguien que reportamos con mi esposa ya que estaba vendiendo nuestro articulo sin autorización y nuestro producto es fabricado por nosotros por ende el.producto que ese vendedor estaba vendiendo era falso y este vendedor aparentemente en represalia me denunció que por que mi producto no era original y empeso ha hacer varias calificaciones de 1 estrella haciendo bajar mi calificación pero igual se hace difícil demostrar que es alguien que desea dañar nuestro producto eso es bastante difícil dentro de amazon
