FBA Refund for Late Delivery
A person placed 3 orders over a course of 2 weeks FBA orders. Yesterday, Amz refunded customer reason: late delivery. I have requested a review but have no confidence Amz will sort it out.
What are my rights when FBA delivers late?

Could you please inform me where you found the refund reason for this FBA order?
Because, to track this, you have to refer to the FBA customer returns report. It provides insights into the reasons for returns.
However, it's important to note that you will only see this update when the product has been returned to your inventory.

I see the reason for returns before the item is returned to inventory.
It is shown on FBA Inventory -> Manage Return Orders page
