BHX2 Rejection X 4 Tall Pallets
who can help me i have ironing boards what i am trying to send in to BHX2 but keeps on getting rejected and sent back to me allready 4 times the ironing boards are in boxes and are 1.7m tall i have placed 22 in a box and put a pallet sleeve on it see image attached now acording to the manual and rejection notes amazon wont accept sleeves but i cant put them flat as it will be bigger than a reguller pallet i did manage to send in 5 pallets as part of a LTL and got accepted i belive its because they didnt have a choice so they had to accept it because of the other items on the shippment i have reached out to all account managers and nothing please help

I have no experience of sending pallets but have you tried Amazon Freight?
The blurb says “High load acceptance rate: Once Amazon Freight accepts your loads, they are committed to delivering them. In a case where your load is not sourced, Amazon will take ownership and proactively reschedule the load in the event of straight-through transit.”

Is the total height including the pallet over 1.8M

As you have already stated, Amazon does not accept pallets with sleeves. This leave you with laying then down. Look into FBA Heavy & Bulky, Amazon allows you to combine 2 pallets (on short sides) to fit your long items.
