Amazon Integration with Royal Mail (RM)
Setup RM earlier today and it is okay as checked by RM support.
The recent orders are not showing and they suggest I need to do something on Amazon end.
I have no idea as all new to me.
Help please - I have orders from yesterday that need shipping today and Evri seems down.

I’ve been suspended once or twice by Royal Mail (oops!). Once its integrated, and your click and drop & oba accounts activated (or-reactivated) it can be 24-48 hours before they pull through properly, despite what they tell you. They will come through though.

I think you need a key number so Amazon orders upload into click and drop, it has been a long time since but is it called a Access Key number?

Buy through Amazon.
Add your RM OBA account and you are charged the same prices… Print End of Day off through Order Reports.
I always use this way as Amazon don’t appear to be able to read the Click & Drop metrics, so it affects your Delivery performance…
