New Seller - Help Please - Refund Request
I have been contacted by a seller asking for my address to send a DVD back they bought from me that they say is not working. Does the buyer need to request a return procedure via Amazon? I am happy to provide a refund if the item is returned to me but I want to do this the correct way.

Yes they need to click on ‘your orders’ and find the relevant order and there will be a return option. You will then get a formal return request which you have to accept.
If the item is faulty you pay both sets of postage costs (you may want to send a prepaid label to prevent them from choosing the most expensive returns option) as well as the cost of the item.
