Transfer Account function in Account Settings

Has anyone used the new “Transfer Account” function in Account settings? I need to change legal entities and this looks promising however it says that listings will be suspended during the verification process. Anyone know how long the suspension would last and does “listing suspension” mean all offers will be disabled or does it just mean that I won’t be able to edit listings? How long did the total process take? What documents did they request?

All offers disabled for about 1 day.

Depends what you’re changing the legal entity to. If Ltd:

  • Registration extract from Companies House (or the equivalent for the country the company is registered in)
  • Details of the directors and people with a significant financial interest in the company and their ID documents (e.g. Passport)
  • Bank statement to verify bank account
