Refund charged from balance
Hi guys so I'm still relatively new,
A buyer must've refunded a item and amazon have taken it out of my seller account but after fees I would've received 27.37 from the order but Amazon have taken away 32 in regards to this refund?
Amazon fulfilled this order so im unsure on why the refund is more than I would've got?

Unlike another well known site, when a refund is actioned Amazon keep their fees so you have to fund the entire value of the refund.
