Account Deactivated without reason
Hello,
We have sold on Amazon in the past, always positive feedback, we paused the account due to change in business model. We reactivated the account in June and were deactivated in July, failing verification. Despite us supplying all the documents requested. No one from Amazon has replied to any of our 6+ appeal emails that were all sent within the 30 day window. No one from Amazon has explained why our account was deactivated and Amazon support via case log just post the same copy and paste response. Amazon support via the ‘call me’ function say they don’t have access to see why and point us back to case log.
It’s nearly November now, we still haven’t heard back from any one about why we were deactivated or what information they need to reactivate our account.
Who do I need to contact for help?

What did the original deactivation email say? There would have been an email with instructions on what was needed and how to provide it.
When you say you changed your business model - did you change your legal entity, or beneficial owners or anything that would have required reverification?
