Read onlyHi,
Can anyone point me in the right direction, my amazon seller account was deactivated due to section 3. I never received any complaint from the buyers about the product and I had stopped selling the product in June 2024. 2 weeks ago amazon deactivated my account and asked me for the invoices. I provided the authentic invoices from justmylook.com and amazon are saying they are unable to verify the supplier. I am just stuck as I keep getting the same response about unable to verify supplier. I had used the same invoices to ungate the product when I started selling them back in February 2024. Everyone knows justmylook.com are authentic UK supplier and invoice matches store info and product ASIN. My account health is 264 and is healthy but I cannot establish why I am deactivated for the product which I dont even sell and never received any authenticity complaints. Any help would be really appreciated. Thanks
When you stopped selling the item did you delete the product from your inventory and close the listing? If you didn't I think Amazon still see it as an item you sell, you just don't have stock at the present time.
Amazon probably won't accept the invoice as your supplier isn't a wholesaler, they look like they are a retailer.
