Proof of registration for business account
Hey all I am new around here and can’t wait to get started. I am having a little bit of a problem with registering though. As a business account it is asking for “proof of registation, document should have been issued on or after 8th november 2020”. Anyone have any ideas of what documents they will accept? Business incorporated back in 2019 so I assume that would be denied. Thanks in advance.

I think you can request it from companies house and they’ll send you Ann upto date document

I am verified! As a whole the process was a lot easier than expected. Applied just over a day ago, submitted files and got an email today saying they’ve been accepted which is great. Appreciate the help, if anyone needs to pick my brain about the process let me know appreciate the help I was given.

I am switching from sole to ltd. Can you please advise me if I need to provide my Share Certificate too?
bearing in mind that I am the director as well as the secretary to my ltd company (no other shareholders).
And if I have to provide this to Amazon Verification Team, should I sign it first?

Hi,
So I followed the seller support’s advise, by emailing the verification team requesting the change to ltd with my reason and all the information related and documents. The following day I received an email reply (looked automated) saying that they received my documents and the team is working hard to review and that they would get in touch with me in case they need more information.
I have not uploaded the documents anywhere on seller central settings, nor have I changed anything there, only by email to the verification team last week the 15th.
Do you guys know what I should be expecting and approximately by when?

I am in the process of transferring entity from sole to limited. Amazon emailed me asking some questions, but I would like your advise before I reply them. Their questions are as follow:
We received your request to change the business registered on your account. Please reply to this message and provide the information listed below so we can review your request.
-1- The reason for changing the business registered on your Selling on Amazon account.
-2- The relationship between your current business and the new business you want to register.
-3- The name, including legal entity, of the new business you want to register, e.g., sole proprietorship, limited company, non-profit organization.
-4- Confirm if your current business will continue to exist.
-5- Confirm all beneficial owners of your current business. A beneficial owner is a natural person who directly or indirectly owns 25% or more of the shares or voting rights in your business.
-6- Confirm country of establishment of the new business.
-7- Confirm all beneficial owners of the new business.
I am slightly in doubt regarding Questions 2 & 4. Any advise please?

Answerd all questions many times, not getting anywhere funds on hold account suspended
This is not an easy process and it appears there is nowhere to go for help, also appears trying to get help from amazon is not easy.
Any other comapny where we have asked to change the leagl status of our business it has taken less than 30 mins.
Amazon are not helpfull on this, something is very wrong behind the scens each time we ask support we get different answers and nothing makes sence

So i requested a call back yesterday and a very helpful lady called me back who knew what she is talking about.
I explained that; since more than a week ago I submitted some information that was requested via Settings, but haven’t uploaded any documents. I initially only emailed the verification team with the documents requesting the change of entity and they had enabled me to update some information fields on settings but did not upload any documents. straight after i received an email saying i can now sell.
However, I had not provided my bank acc details. the lady who called me back advised me to provide my new bank account details on settings, because this part has nothing to do with the verification team. So I did that and waiting to be approved.
So guys you might want to update you bank account details for the new limited company (if your legal entity has been changed already).
