Account Suspended due to secondary user review
We added a secondary user and our account got suspended because it failed secondary user verification.
We were asked to upload documents to https://sdu.amazon.co.uk/, but that is a invalid link. Instead we just deleted the user and appealed. We haven’t heard back every since.
What is the correct path here to get the account reinstated - we already removed the secondary account.

I am curios to find out about other’s experience with the verification process of secondary users. How long did it take? What documents were requested?
For the US seller account, the process of creating a secondary user does not involve the same verification as is the case in UK.
