Seller Fulfilled Prime - No Option for Tracked 24 LBT
For orders today I am given no option to print Tracked 24 LBT.
So all my large letters have to go Tracked 24 for £2 more.
It states that Tracked 24 LBT does not meet the fulfilment date promise which is Friday
.
How is this possible - Royal Mail deliver Tracked parcels and large letters at the same speed.
I lose money paying parcel rate but if I buy direct from RM it will count against my metrics.
What do I do?

That’s exactly why I decided not to use SFP for small and light. Far too expensive.
They removed the 48 option some time back, so there is no choice.

As far as I was aware you had to use Tracked 24 for all SFP as Regular 24/48 LL is not a tracked service (you get a delivery confirmation code but it’s not tracked).
By not using it you will eventually get SFP taken off you.
