How to Resolve the DEW_GenericErrorMessage When Filling Out GPSR-Manufacturer Information

I'm currently filling out the GPSR-Manufacturer information and encountered an error message that says "DEW_GenericErrorMessage." Does anyone know where the mistake might be in my entry?
